Once we make contact, we collect a few pieces of information from you, i.e. name, address, phone number, and email address. This information helps us to locate your premises and to communicate valuable information to you such as estimates travel time, updates, and invoices.
After we collect some information to Identify you, we will ask some questions to help determine what the nature of the problem you are experiencing. Any information you can provide is most helpful. We may ask questions like:
- How long have you had the equipment?
- When did you notice the problem?
- Did the issue occur all of a sudden?
- Are there any usual odors, or other signs of damage?

- Standard Hours: 7am – 7pm: Monday – Friday
- Emergency Service Hours: 7pm – 7am Monday – Friday and All-day Saturday and Sunday.
A diagnostic fee will be required to schedule service. The diagnostic fee will be required to allow a certified technician to travel to your premises and perform the required troubleshooting to determine the problem. Once the problem is identified, the service technician will quote you the labor and materials costs to resolve the issue. There is no obligation to proceed with the service work but if repairs and services are declined, the diagnostic fee still applies.
