Pearl Savings

Welcome to our online savings tool! To use this tool, enter your address and look for the available retrofit incentives for your area. (We do not collect this data, we promise!) These incentives make purchasing energy-efficient equipment and services less costly. Generally, there are two types of incentives:

Utility rebate: The local utility companies offer cash rebates for approved energy efficiency rebates, including, but not limited to, high-efficiency furnaces and air conditioners, heat pumps, high-efficiency water heaters, building insulation, duct sealing, professional air sealing, solar, etc. An application must be completed and submitted to the rebate company to qualify for a utility rebate. A rebate check is issued directly to you, and you can use the money for whatever you want. Check processing can take up to 12 weeks.

Tax credits: Tax credits are available for energy-efficient projects. Take your service provider's project invoice and submit it to your tax professional. That's it! You will receive a tax credit in the year that the project was executed. (Restrictions apply. Visit www.irs.gov for specific details.)
